What we do

We collaborate with organisations to explore & design harmonious, even regenerative relationships between products, services and the space in which they exist.

We do this by applying a wider lens to human-centred design.

Let’s look at things a little differently

Where you might be

Perhaps you’re looking to make a change to an existing product or service.

Maybe there’s a market shift or emerging technology you’re keen to understand and explore, perhaps testing some ideas, but with an approach that minimises risk and investment.

You might be aware of networks like bcorp and now looking to understand your wider impact.

As Service Designers,
our work begins with research

Previously, Service Designers for some of the largest user-centred design consultancies.

So we’ve been fortunate enough to run projects for many large organisations - tech startups (before they successfully scaled), Financial Services, Charities, Google, Local Gov.

We’ve been lucky.

Qualitative research

Experienced qualitative researchers, with years designing and moderating research for all kinds of organisations.

Let’s work with you to use research to inform and progress prototypes and designs. Perhaps it’s about further conversations though. Subscribe to our email updates as in the next one we’ll introduce and run through the Three Horizons Frameworks. It’ll be written up on our Notion pages shortly after.

Prototype & Design

This is where we start exploring some of the design solutions.

An ecological lens

This is about a curiosity to understand the bigger picture.

It’s our why.

We believe we have a responsibility to understand the footprint and impact of the things we create and introduce into the world. What’s the wider impact of this growth strategy? If we introduce long-term thinking and look at externalities beyond our organisation what impact are we seeing? How might this be different? Sustainable? Regenerative even?

It’s like service design with a wider lens.

We’ll bring new questions to the table. Some examples in a sec.

We’ll write more on this soon.

New questions

What is this growth for?

Who might benefit, or otherwise?

Have we considered all externalities?

How might this be regenerative?

How might this look so it can be accommodated by wider stakeholders, including non-human?
